By registering for camp open heaven, you agree to follow the terms and conditions:
Purpose:
COH is a Christ-centered youth camp designed to foster spiritual growth and to build faith-based friendships. Our program includes worship and group activities aligned with christian values.
Eligibility:
2. COH is open to youth ages 13+ who agree to abide by the camp rules, participate in activities, and respect leaders and fellow campers.
Code of Conduct
3. All campers are expected to:
Show respect to all staff, volunteers, and fellow campers.
Follow directions from camp leaders and participate respectfully in all activities.
Innapopriate language, bullying, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
Maintain modesty in clothing.
NO weapons, fireworks Drugs, alcohol, or any illegal substances.
Failure to comply may result in dismissal from camp without a refund
Health And Safety:
4. In the event of illness or injury, camp staff will contact your emergency contacts.
5. Campers with contagious illnesses should not attend.
6. Campers are not allowed off site.
7. Campers are not allowed to ride or occupy any vehicle.
Curfew:
Campers and staff must be in their rooms by 11:30pm.
Dress code:
8. Casual clothing is acceptable during morning service and activities and all clothing should reflecting christian modesty and discretion. No shorts (girls) or tank tops (boys) are to be worn to evening service.
All time dress code:
9. No spaghetti straps, tube tops, crop tops. Shorts should be at least fingertip length when arms are straight down at your sides. No see-through clothing, No deep cut arm holes or low cut necklines. This applies to guys AND girls.
10. Clothing must be worn over swimsuits at all times while participating in water activities and the pool. Boys, Keep your shirts on.
11. No pranks of any kind will be tolerated.
12. No one will be allowed at the lake or high ropes outside of designated times.
13. Camp facilities should be respected.
14. NO public displays of affection (PDA) unless married.
15. Under NO circumstances are girls to be in boys’ cabins or boys in girls’ cabins. No exceptions!!!
Campers must obey camp rules and regulations.
16. We are guests at Camp Lee and must be respectful of all of their facilities.
17. Be respectful to camp staff/personnel. Campers are to respect all camp leaders and follow their instructions.
18. Any consistent violations of rules may result in campers being restricted from certain activities or in extreme cases: being sent home.
19. Camp Open Heaven reserves the right to take all phones and electric devices including ipods
Media:
20. By registering, you grant permission for COH to take photos or videos for promotional use such as social media unless you opt out before camp begins.
